We represent unions in collective bargaining and labour arbitration proceedings, as well as act on behalf of employees in wrongful dismissal and human rights claims.
We have extensive experience engaging in negotiations and mediations in order to resolve a variety of workplace disputes, and we are also well-equipped to pursue litigation before administrative tribunals and the courts in order to achieve the best possible results for our clients.
We are committed and strong advocates for employees in all fields of work and strive to resolve all matters in the most effective and efficient way possible.
Erin Hallock joined our Toronto office in October 2011 while Erin Buchner joined our London office in July 2011.
